This package does it all. From our initial meeting until your last dance, we will guide and advise you while organizing everything in between.
Includes:
-Establish a budget and timeline leading to your wedding day.

-Location scout and secure venue.

-Design and Decorate your venue, including set up and take down.

-Locate vendors, negotiate rates, review contracts.
-Design paper goods: invitations, place cards, menu, S.T.D. cards, e.t.c.
-Manage guest list parking accomodations.

-Locate and secure marriage licenses.

-Rehearsal coordination and attendance management.
-'Make My Day' package can be added to this package.
-The co-ordination of all other activities to allow you to enjoy the happiest day of your lives.

The Grand Event Package

Got the date, got the venue, and have an idea about what you want? Now you just need someone to make it happen. The Grand Event Package picks up where you have left off and takes the load off.
Includes:
- An initial meeting to be briefed on your plans.

-Establish a budget and timeline leading to your wedding day.

- Constant phone and email access.
- A guide through your vendor contracts.
- Sourcing of suppliers that you don't already have.
- Invitation and guest list management.

- Bridal etiquette guide.

- Rehearsal attendance to keep everything running smoothly.

- Wedding day emergency kit.

- 'Make My Day' package can be added to this package.

Cost: $500-$1,500

Finishing Touch Package

This package is perfect for the couple that just needs guidance. Your planner will help with:

-Establish budget and time line leading up to your wedding day.

-Access to tried and trusted vendors.

-Review contracts to ensure that you are covered. 

-Printed goods check list and review.

 

-Final vendor confirmation.

-Etiquette Advisement

-Wedding party responsibility lists.

This package also includes unlimited phone, email and text contact with your planner.

You can also add the "Make My Day" package to this package.

Scheduled Phone Calls


Every one needs a friend at the end of the phone to guide them through the planning process and all the unforeseen bumps that occur along the way. This option is a scheduled phone conversation at a time that suits you to go through anything that's on your mind and come up with solutions that will work for you.

Cost $50 per session

A Helping Hand

If you're running out of time, struggling to find the item that you need or just want to spend more time on the fun stuff, then this is for you. Use us to tie up loose ends, or managing a particular part of your wedding preparations. You'll only be charged by the hour.
Examples: Invite and guest list management, finding a particular supplier or service, arranging your honeymoon, anything you need help with.

Cost: $50 per hour
